Brian Guerrero began his legal career as a prosecutor in California and Arizona, where he tried more than 50 cases to a jury. That courtroom experience — preparing cases, examining witnesses, and making the argument to a jury — is the foundation of how he advocates for his clients today.
Over time, Brian focused increasingly on complex White Collar Fraud matters, building the kind of meticulous, evidence-driven cases that demand both a command of the details and a clear story a jury can follow.
Brian has been recognized for his work on behalf of victims, receiving awards for victim advocacy. He also gives back to the legal community by teaching and presenting on trial practice and the areas of law he handles.
Brian has made Arizona home for his family. Outside the office, he stays active competing in triathlons and playing ice hockey, and spends his time with his family across the state he is proud to call home.
